This 4 HP Hit âEUR~nâEUR(TM) Miss Engine Starts and runs very well and has good compression. It is dry underneath with no leaks. The Belt Pulley is 16âEUR\u009D as shown in the pictures. Background: We found from our research that this line of engines was marketed by John Deere at some point in their history and this Vintage Collectible was purchased from an estate collection. We believe the cart is original. Also, we believe the manufactured year to be sometime around 1909 or later due to the paint color. However, if anyone knows for sure please let us know, The Serial Number is # CL31839.. We are also looking to purchase a 3 HP John Deere hit n miss or a 6 HP Deere hit n miss and depending upon the condition of the 6 HP we would be willing to pay more.
