Process Improvement Manager

We are seeking a high energy, data driven, results-oriented quality professional to continue to raise our high bar in quality leadership. Lead, co-lead, facilitate or participate in internal and external continuous improvement events. Develop the understanding and skills to apply with hands on education, training and application of continuous improvement principles and tools. Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies supporting aggressive business goals. Collect, manage, and report continuous improvement metrics. Provide training, teaching, support, guidance, and resources to site functions on continuous improvement efforts. Present continuous improvement information at all levels of the organization and external partners. Conduct internal audits (5S, EHS, etc). Build dashboards to auto-generate and distribute key performance indicators. Assist in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities and customer satisfaction opportunities. Qualification: 4+years of relevant experience (including successful implementation of continuous improvement, leading of projects, leading others, training or participating in events). Good computer skills, in MS Office applications and the ability to learn new software. Ability to provide continuous improvement training, influence and direct others towards goals and objectives, and experienceworking withlean product development. Strong project management skills including demonstrated success using a phase-gate methodology. Create meaningful visual controls to clearly communicate operational performance. Problem solver who enjoys diving into data to get to the root cause. Experience interfacing with customers and senior leaders to develop strategies that support the business unit. Adaptable to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy within a diverse organization. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a history of influencing multiple levels of the organization. Strong leadership skills including the capability to drive improvement and challenge the status quo. Interpersonal skills that include the ability to interact with suppliers, customers, distribution centers, and the Carrier organization. Preferred Qualifications: ACE Associate or higher, Green Belt Certified or outside equivalent. Preferred Skills Ability to motivate, coach and lead hourly associates Demonstrate sound leadership skills with a sense of urgency to obtain results Ability to effectively work cross functionally with various groups including Materials, Quality, Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics Center, Finance, HR, EH&S, etc Experience in a Union environment a plus Education: BA/BS degree w/7+ years experience. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
