Operations Coordinator
Organizes and synchronizes the production activities of managers and departments within the company.
Coordinates the flow and processing of Customer Orders, Material Purchasing, Purchase Orders, Order Coordination Procedures, Shipping, and Inventory.
Oversees and directs changes to ensure all customer deadlines and quality performance indicators are metSuggest Edits.
Facilitates problem solving while promoting effective team focus to achieve organizational objectives; adapts quickly to change.
Ensures that change does not adversely impact the company's overall operations, policies or directives.
Quickly and independently processes ideas and implements appropriate change.
Advocate for operations; carries the operations management team agenda, message and directives throughout all organizational processes and approach.
Suggest Edits Interacts with outside customers, vendors, agencies and organizations to ensure the company's quality performance indicators are in line with available resources.

Assists in plans and scheduling, maintains database and reporting accuracy.
Must have excellent computer and communication skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
